COMPOSITE HOSE
The pipe body is composed of multi-layer functional polymer film and synthetic fiber fabric reinforcement layer, and the inner and outer layers of helical metal wire are wound and reinforced
Internal Helical Wire: Usually stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene or Teflon coated wire
Outer spiral steel wire: basically stainless steel or galvanized steel wire
Inner lining layer: Select functional films such as Tefilon Polietilene Nylon PET according to the conveying boredom, and make the hose have wide and liquid-tight performance through compounding with proprietary technology
Reinforcement layer and anti-aging outer layer: Reinforcement provides compressive strength to the hose.
The outer layer of the hose is colored outer layer which resists abrasion and aging.
Temperature Range: -30℃~+100℃
