NBR/NITRILE LAY FLAT HOSE 150PSI


This is one type of through-the-weave  Nitrile Rubber (NBR) covered hoses. It is made from 100% high tenacity synthetic  yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in  the NBR/PVC compound, excellent protected against  mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous  construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of  any type. NBR compound is composed of NBR and PVC.  High percentage of NBR content contributes to better  abrasion-resistance.  


  • Application: suitable for irrigation, washdown, water discharge, widly used in mining, agriculture, industrial and marine. 

  • Material  & Structure:

    Inner tube: Very smooth with minimum friction loss  cover: ribbed for more abrasion resistance Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket

  • Standard Length: 50ft, 100ft, 300ft/91.5m,  330ft/100m, 660ft/200m; other lengths available per  request;

  • Operating Temperature Range: -20°C up to +80°C  (-4°F up to 176°F) based on water

  • Couplings: Camlocks, Pinlug, Expansion Ring  couplings etc.
