Precautions for the use of flanged dredging hoses

1. WANFLEX dredging rubber hose are made of high-quality synthetic rubber, with winding frame and high-strength cord, and flanges.

2. Be sure to use the sand suction hose within the recommended temperature and pressure range. The temperature of this product is -20℃-80℃. Working pressure: 10BAR

3. Please use the dredging hose under the conditions of its bending radius or more, otherwise the hose will be broken, the steel wire will leak out, and the pressure resistance will be reduced. The bending radius of this dredging hose is 6 times the inner diameter, and its use bending radius should not be less than the specified bending radius.

4. When the medium is powder and granules, it may be easy to wear according to the conditions. Please enlarge the bending radius of the hose as much as possible.

5. Do not use dredging rubebr hose in an extremely bent state near metal parts

6. Do not put the dredge hose in direct contact with or near an open flame. Do not step on the hose with the vehicle isostatic pressure

7. When the hose is used, the pressure should be adjusted in a balanced manner to avoid damage to the pipe body due to sudden pressure increase. 8. When the working place is changed, it should be carried off the ground and not mopped, so as not to scratch the outer rubber and corrode the skeleton layer.

9. When conveying corrosive liquid, the interior should be cleaned up after use to prevent the residue from corroding the pipe body for a long time, or choose the corresponding series of products.
