5. Welded hose. For gas welding, cutting, etc. The inner rubber material is mostly NBR or synthetic rubber, and the outer rubber is usually made of red, blue, yellow, etc. to show the special gas.
6. Vent hose. It is used for hot gas, dust mist, smoke, chemical gas emission, etc. The inner rubber is mostly made of thermoplastic materials and PVC. Usually the tube body has a telescoping design.
7. Material suction hose. It is used for fluid transportation of gas, mist, powder, granule, fiber, gravel, cement, fertilizer, coal dust, quicksand, concrete, gypsum, sand, slurry and other solid particles. The inner rubber materials are mostly NR, NBR, SBR, PU, BR and CR. Usually the outer rubber has higher wear resistance.
8. Oil hose. For fuel, diesel, kerosene, petroleum, etc. The inner rubber materials are mostly NBR, PVC compound and SBR. Usually there is a conductive steel wire between the inner and outer rubber to prevent sparks.
9. Chemical hose. For acid, chemical solution, etc. The inner rubber material is mostly EPDM. Often this type requires custom materials and design solutions.
