Factors Influencing hose quality:
1. Working pressure: Dynamic Stress means the highest pressure at continuous working situation. And according to related standard, we recommend the pressure is should be 1/3 or 1/4 of the lowest bursting pressure.
2. Rubber hose size: Inner diameter should be proper. Too small diameter will increase the velocity of the media in hose, make system fever, reduce efficiency and influencing whole system performance.
3. Temperature Range: Please use the rubber hose within the allowable temperature range. If the working environment temperature exceeds the specification requirements., its pressure bearing capacity will decrease gradually, which will affect service life. If the system always works at too high or too low operating temperature, we recommend you to use armored rubber hose
4. Surge pressure and fatigue life: How to choose suitable rubber hose is very important, which decided by the highest pressure value. Because the pressure hydraulic system usually is dymamic and it maybe have surge pressure. The surge pressure peak will outdo the system’s highest pressure value flashily, but there is flood valve on the system, so the surge pressure will not have a big influence on the rubber hoses’ anti-fatigue life.
5. Chemical compatibility: if the rubber hose assembly transport special media, user should ensure the rubber material are compatible.
6. Bending radius: Please pay attention to the smallest bending radius when install rubber hose assembly. Too big bending radius will reduce the loading capacity and effect the service life.
7. Abrasion: If the hose will be used tough ground, please add a jacket on the outer of hose.
